Demoxepam

Overview

Demoxepam is a major metabolite of Chlordiazepoxide. Demoxepam exhibits cytotoxicity activity against cancer cell lines. Demoxepam has anticonvulsant and anxiolytic effects. Demoxepam has an inhibitory effect on in vitro [ 3 H]tryptophan binding to rat hepatic nuclei.
