BOT-64

Overview

BOT-64 is an inhibitory κB (IκB) kinase β (IKKβ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 1 µM. BOT-64 blocks lipopolysaccharide-induced nuclear factor-κB activation and nuclear factor-κB-regulated inflammatory gene transcription.
