Overview

RBPJ Inhibitor-1 (RIN1), the first RBPJ inhibitor, blocks the functional interaction of RBPJ with SHARP. RBPJ Inhibitor-1 (RIN1) inhibits NOTCH-dependent tumor cell proliferation.
