Zelpolib is a non-competitive Pol δ inhibitor. Zelpolib shows robust inhibition of Pol δ activity against dTTP with a K i of 4.3 μM. Zelpolib inhibits cellular DNA replication . Zelpolib shows antiproliferative properties.
