IMP-1710 is a potent and selective deubiquitylating enzyme UCHL1 inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 38 nM. IMP-1710 has antifibrotic activity. IMP-1710 is a UCHL1 probe to identify and quantify target proteins in intact human cells. IMP-1710 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. IMP-1710 can be used in the research of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
