HDAC1/6-IN-1

Overview

HDAC1/6-IN-1 (compound D7) is a potent multitarget inhibitor of GLP , HDAC6 and HDAC1 , with IC 50 values of 1.3, 13, and 89 nM, respectively. HDAC1/6-IN-1 can inhibit the methylation and deacetylation of H3K9 on protein level. HDAC1/6-IN-1 induces cancer cell apoptosis , G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and blocks migration and invasion.
