R-HP210 acts on the NF-κB mediated tethered transrepression function ( IC 50 =3.80 μM). R-HP210 represses the LPS-induced transcription of a variety of proinflammatory genes such as IL-1β, IL-6 and COX-2 . R-HP210 does not induce the transactivation functions of Glucocorticoids (GCs).
