Overview

Adoprazine (SLV313) hydrochloride is a full 5-HT 1A receptor agonist with a pEC 50 of 9 at cloned h5-HT 1A receptors. Adoprazine hydrochloride is a full D 2 and D 3 receptor antagonist with pA 2 s of 9.3 and 8.9 at hD 2 and hD 3 receptors, respectively. Adoprazine has the characteristics of atypical antipsychotics.
