Apricoxib

Overview

Apricoxib (CS 706) is a selective inhibitor for cyclooxygenase-2 ( COX-2 ). Apricoxib inhibits the production of PGE2 in cells with IC 50 of 1.5 nM. Apricoxib exhibits anticancer , analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.
