MLKL-IN-5

Overview

MLKL-IN-5 is a mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein ( MLKL ) inhibitor with a K D of < 10 nM. MLKL-IN-5 exhibits selectivity for RIP3 and RIP1, with K D values of 1-30 μM and > 30 μM, respectively. MLKL-IN-5 mediates necroptosis .
