Amifampridine phosphate is efficacy in the reversal of BoNT/A ( HY-P79153 ) intoxication. Amifampridine phosphate increases transmitter release from neuromuscular junctions (NMJs). Amifampridine phosphate can be used for Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) research.
