Overview

BTK-IN-16 is a dual inhibitor of BTK wild type and C481S mutant of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase ( BTK ) with IC 50 s of 5.1 and 4.1 μM. BTK-IN-16 can be used for the research of autoimmune diseases and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
