MLKL-IN-4

Overview

MLKL-IN-4 (compound 56) is a potent MLKL ( Mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein) inhibitor. MLKL-IN-4 inhibits necroptosis in HT-29 cells and acts downstream of MLKL phosphorylation, with EC 50 of 82 nM. MLKL-IN-4 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
