Overview

(Rac)-Reparixin is the isomer of Reparixin ( HY-15251 ), and can be used as an experimental control. Reparixin is a non-competitive allosteric inhibitor of the chemokine receptors CXCR1 and CXCR2 activation with IC 50 s of 1 and 100 nM, respectively.
