PP30

Overview

PP30 is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive mTOR inhibitor with an IC 50 of 80 nM. PP30 blocks insulin-stimulated phosphorylation of Akt at residues S473 and T308, preventing the full activation of Akt . PP30 is applicable for cancer research.
