Overview

HPK1-IN-34 (Compound 143) is a Hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 ( HPK1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of <100 nM. HPK1-IN-34 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
