Overview

BTK-IN-26 (compound 18) is a potent inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase ( BTK ) and its C481 mutant, with IC 50 values of 0.7 and 0.8 nM for BTK and BTK C481S , respectively. BTK-IN-26 can be used for cancer and autoimmune diseases research.
