Overview

AQIM-I is an inhibitor of survivin via inhibits survivin expression and colony formation. AQIM-I induces ROS production, apoptosis , cell cycle arrest, DNA damage, and autophagy . AQIM-I inhibits nonsmall cell lung cancer cells A549 with an IC 50 value of 9 nM.
