Overview

Tau-aggregation-IN-5 is a Tau-aggregation inhibitor ( EC 50 = 0.31 μM). Tau-aggregation-IN-5 targets P4HB covalently and activates mild ER stress. Tau-aggregation-IN-4 can be used for the study of neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Pick’s diseases.
