Overview

WAY-100289 is an orally active antagonist for 5-HT3 receptor , that exhibits high affinity to the isolated rat vagus nerves with pA 2 of 8.9. WAY-100289 inhibits the Bezold-Jarisch reflex in anesthetized and awake rats.
