Leptosphaerodione, isolated from Remotididymella sp. Fungus, is a potent ubiquitin-proteasome system ( UPS ) inhibitor. Leptosphaerodione exhibits cytotoxicity in HeLa cells with IC 50 value of 3.2 μM. Anti-tumor agent.
