Dehydrodiscretamine chloride is a dual inhibitor of AChE and BChE with IC 50 s of 17.8 and 118.8 μM, respectively. Dehydrodiscretamine chloride has antioxidant activity. Dehydrodiscretamine chloride can be used in study Alzheimer’s disease.
