Illudalic acid

Overview

Illudalic acid is a potent and selective Leukocyte antigen-related (LAR) phosphatase inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 1.30 µM. Illudalic acid inhibits LAR phosphatase through covalent ligation to the catalytic cysteine residue.
