Elbanizine

Overview

Elbanizine inhibits histamine, bradykinin, histamin-release from rat mast cells ( IC 50 of 0.26 μM) and the IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction. Elbanizine exhibits antiallergic and antiasthmatic in guinea pig model.
