Overview

NVP-HDM201 (HDM201) is a potent and highly specific MDM-2/p53 inhibitor that binds to human Mdm2 protein with a sub-nanomolar Ki value, activates p53 and induces robust p53-dependent cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human p53 wild-type tumor cells.
