TRV0109101 selectively promotes G protein signaling pathway coupling while reducing the recruitment of β-arrestin . TRV0109101 inhibits opioid-induced mechanical hyperalgesia and induces antinociceptive tolerance. TRV0109101 is applicable for pain-related research.
