Nutlin-2

Overview

Nutlin-2 is an inhibitor of the interaction between p53 and MDM2 , with an IC 50 of 0.14 μM. Nutlin-2 disrupts the p53-MDM2 protein-protein interaction by occupying the hydrophobic pocket on MDM2 that normally binds to the hydrophobic residues of p53.
