Fasobegron

Overview

Fasobegron is a β 3 -adrenergic receptor agonist with a human EC 50 of 4.8 nM. Fasobegron shows an EC 50 of 250 nM for human β 1 -adrenergic receptors . Fasobegron can be used for the research of overactive bladder.
