LPE-1

Overview

LPE-1 is a lysine-specific demethylase 1 ( LSD1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.65 μM. LPE-1 inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer , liver cancer and prostate cancer cells, and shows no activity against a subset of gastric cancer cells. LPE-1 is applicable for the research of gastric cancer , liver cancer and prostate cancer .
