POLQ-IN-1 is a DNA polymerase θ ( POLQ ) inhibitor with a pIC 50 of 8.2. POLQ-IN-1 inhibits the proliferation of homologous recombination-deficient cells. POLQ-IN-1 is used for the research of homologous recombination-deficient tumors.
