Batanopride

Overview

Batanopride (BMY 25801) is a selective 5-HT 3 receptor antagonist. Batanopride inhibits chemotherapy-induced emesis, and prevents Cisplatin ( HY-17394 )-, Cyclophosphamide ( HY-17420 )-, Doxorubicin ( HY-15142A )-, and total body irradiation-induced emesis.
