Relcobatinib

Overview

Relcobatinib (Relcobatinibum) is a ABL1 kinase inhibitor with an IC 50 of 12.7 nM against wild-type ABL1 and an IC 50 of 43.5 nM against the ABL1 T315I mutant. Relcobatinib inhibits the phosphorylation of CRKL . Relcobatinib exhibits anticancer activity against chronic myeloid leukemia. Relcobatinib can be used in studies related to chronic myeloid leukemia.
