CAII-IN-16

Overview

CAII-IN-16 is a selective inhibitor of carbonic anhydrase II ( CA II) , with an IC 50 of 0.5 nM against hCA II. CAII-IN-16 exhibits excellent intraocular pressure-lowering activity in a rabbit glaucoma animal model. CAII-IN-16 can be used for the research of glaucoma.
