ORS-14

Overview

ORS-14 is a LILRB4 / ILT3 ligand with a K d of 85.2 nM for human receptors. ORS-14 blocks SCG2-mediated LILRB4 signaling pathway, reverses SCG2-mediated immunosuppression, restores cytokine production, reduces tumor cell viability, recovers cytotoxic T cell function, and increases the frequency of granzyme B + CD8 + T cells. ORS-14 can be used in research related to colorectal cancer and acute myeloid leukemia.
