S34-1035

Overview

S34-1035 is a selective AKR1C3 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.04 μM. As a chemosensitizer, S34-1035 restores the sensitivity of doxorubicin-resistant breast cancer cells to doxorubicin. S34-1035 can be used in breast cancer research.
