Overview

STK189682 is an ATPase inhibitor targeting MDA5 , LGP2 and DDX1 , with IC 50 values of 7 μM, 7 μM and 5 μM, respectively. STK189682 binds to the MDA5 -ATP complex in an ATP-noncompetitive manner and does not compete with RNA.
