Overview

CDC14A/B-IN-2, phosphotyrosine mimetic, is a competitive human CDC14A/B phosphatase inhibitor with IC 50 values of 10.4 and 11.2 μM, and K i values of 5.8 and 7.3 μM. CDC14A/B-IN-2 shows at least 20-fold selectivity over other protein tyrosine phosphatases . CDC14A/B-IN-2 can be used for the research of cancer .
