Azapetine hydrochloride

Overview

Azapetine hydrochloride is a selective α 1 -adrenergic receptor inhibitor with an IC 50 of 205 nM. Azapetine hydrochloride inhibits Epinephrine (HY-B0447)-induced platelet aggregation, slightly enhances the contractile response of isolated rat vas deferens, and blocks α 1 and α 2 adrenergic receptor-mediated vasoconstriction.
