E4CPG ((RS)-ECPG) is a Group I/Group II metabotropic glutamate receptor ( mGluR ) antagonist. E4CPG can inhibit the paired-pulse ratio of monosynaptic inhibitory postsynaptic currents (IPSC) potentiation.
