Osemozotan hydrochloride (MKC242) is a selective 5-HT 1A receptor agonist. Osemozotan hydrochloride decreases the number of c-Fos-positive cells caused by MAMP in mice. Osemozotan hydrochloride can be used for the research of depressive disorder.
