Overview

L-AP5 (L-APV; L-2-Amino-5-phosphonovaleric acid) is an NMDA antagonist and is the isomer of D-AP5 ( HY-100714A ). L-AP5 shows a relatively weak amino acid and synaptic blocking activity.
