W-5 hydrochloride

Overview

W-5 hydrochloride is a calmodulin antagonist. W-5 hydrochloride inhibits phosphodiesterase activation with an IC 50 value of 240 µM. W-5 hydrochloride can be used as a negative control for W-7 ( HY-100912 ).
