PF-06263276 (PF 6263276) is a potent and selective pan-JAK inhibitor, with IC 50 s of 2.2 nM, 23.1 nM, 59.9 nM and 29.7 nM for JAK1 , JAK2 , JAK3 and TYK2 , respectively. PF-06263276 inhibits pSTAT3 and TYK2 pathway. PF-06263276 has a protective effect against ear skin inflammation.
