Overview

(S,S)-BRL-37344 is an isomer of BRL-37344 ( HY-101325B ). BRL-37344 is a β-adrenoceptor agonist with EC 50 values of 5.3, 18 and 570 nM for β3, β2 and β1. BRL-37344 induces concentration-dependent increases in atria1 rate, relaxation of guinea pig trachea and lipolysis of brown adipocytes.
