Overview

2614W94 is a selective, reversible and orally active monoamine oxidase-A ( MAO-A ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 5 nM and a K i of 1.6 nM. 2614W94 shows no significant inhibition of MAO-B . 2614W94 has antidepressant and anxiolytic effects.
