Overview

Deramciclane fumarate is an antagonist of 5-HT Receptor . Deramciclane fumarate is an inverse agonist of 5-HT 2C Receptor with an IC 50 of 168 nM. Deramciclane fumarate also decreases basal phosphoinositide hydrolysis.
