ICI-63197

Overview

ICI-63197 is a phosphodiesterase 3 ( PDE3 ) and PDE4 inhibitor with K i values of 9 µM and 10 µM, respectively. ICI-63197 is selectivity against PDE1 and PDE2 . ICI-63197 has antidepressant effects.
