Nemonapride

Overview

Nemonapride is a highly potent dopamine D 2 receptor antagonist with a K i of 0.06 nM. Nemonapride also activates 5-HT 1A receptor with an IC 50 of 34 nM. Nemonapride is an antipsychotic that readily passes through the blood brain barrier and exhibits potent neuroleptic effects in animals .
