Avanbulin

Overview

Avanbulin (BAL27862) is a potent, Colchicine site-binding, tubulin assembly inhibitor. Avanbulin inhibits tubulin assembly at 37 °C with an IC 50 of 1.4 μM. Avanbulin binds to tubulin with an apparent K d value of 244 nM. Avanbulin can be used for the research of cancer and cell division.
