BMS 275183 is active in vitro against Paclitaxel -resistant tumors including those harboring tubulin mutations or overexpressing P-glycoprotein . BMS 275183 can be used for cancer research, such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and prostate carcinoma.
